The 2018 Stillwater High School Girls' Lacrosse Captains’ Practices will help prepare you for your upcoming high school season. 

• Each of the 8 optional practice sessions will focus on Captain directed fundamental skill training and conditioning that is essential to success in today's game using drills that improve game strategy & decision-making, teamwork, communication, footwork and conditioning.  

Come join your teammates and get ready for a great season.

Who: Stillwater Area Public Schools – Independent School District # 834 Girls grades 8-12 who plan to play for the 2018 Stillwater Ponies Girls’ Lacrosse Team

• Each player must supply their own numbered reversible practice jersey

• SGLBO Refund Policy:  Refunds prior to the first day of the league will have a $10.00 processing fee deducted. No refunds will be given after the first day of the league play. All players must be registered to participate.
